Thank you for shopping with Rob at the Woodshed. This policy explains how we send your order and what to expect after placing it.

All orders are dispatched from Longcot, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom.

Order Processing

Orders are usually posted on the next working day after purchase, unless Rob is away from the workshop. If dispatch is likely to take longer, we'll do our best to let you know.

You'll receive an order confirmation by email when you place your order.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Orders are sent using Royal Mail standard delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during busy periods or due to postal service delays.

Standard delivery does not necessarily include tracking.

Shipping Costs

Standard UK delivery costs £5.99 per order.

We offer free standard UK delivery on orders of £50 or more.

Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery period, or arrives damaged, please contact us at rob@robatthewoodshed.co.uk so we can help resolve the issue.

We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered, subject to applicable law. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to make changes before your order is posted.
